HR STORM, the stormwater education program of the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC), is a coalition of local government staff members who come together to share ideas and pool resources for targeted educational program efforts about stormwater management. Some of the most recent educational efforts have been on proper disposal methods for auto maintenance products and household chemicals, proper pet waste management, and maintenance on best management practices.
