    Jen at the CW27 Health & Fitness Expo
    If you missed last year's CW27 Health and Fitness Expo, have no worries, I've got the VLOG to get you up to speed, but the REAL news in this year's event! Not only are there going to be more FREE health screenings and demonstrations, but your favorite weather man, Mitch English from The Daily Buzz is returning! If you thought he was a barrel of laughs last year, just wait, he's an experienced CW27 Health Expo-er (is that even a word?) now! To top it all off, your favorite (and by far the best looking) TV court judge, Judge Alex will be there! Don't freak out, he's not coming to preside over your case; he's coming to have fun and sign autographs! It's going to be four hours of non-stop excitement! So I'll see you along with Mitch English and Judge Alex at the SECOND ANNUAL CW27 Health and Fitness Expo, January 23rd starting at 11AM at Norfolk Scope Exhibition Hall
