I went to Thailand as a member of a four person team from my church, to assist in running a three day English camp/Vacation Bible school for kids.

After a sixteen hour flight from New York to Bangkok and then another three hour drive to the village I called home for a week, the adventures began! I cut down a banana tree, found a lizard on my bed post, wrestled with Thai children, ventured into a mango and coconut farm, bartered for goods in Bangkok, and went to bed early every night, thanks to the sweltering heat!

From good food to good people my trip definitely ranks as one of the most memorable times in my life. They say pictures tell a thousand words, so I hope you get a taste of Thailand from this slideshow!
