CW27's Jen was a judge at the Teen/Preteen and Norfolk's Junior Miss Pageant this year and had a wonderful time talking to the young ladies and getting to know each of them.

The Miss Teen & Preteen Norfolk Pageant is an affiliate of the Miss Norfolk, Miss Virginia and Miss America Competitions. The Miss Norfolk Scholarship Organization provides an opportunity for young ladies to win scholarships, develop poise, confidence, show stage presence, enhance interview skills, and improve speaking ability. The youth program also familiarizes them with the Miss Virginia and Miss America scholarship programs for ladies ages 17-24. In addition, the young ladies will make public appearances and volunteer for community service.
